By the 1st of each month, we will publish a training audio file in our Members Area. These audio files will be prepared by Joyce Aslanian, CSA.
Joyce has been a commissioned notary public for over twenty years. She has successfully signed over 8,500 loan documents as a Certified Signing Agent over the past ten years. She has extensive knowledge of VA, FHA, Conventional, Navy, New Purchase, Construction, Reverse Mortgage, and HELOC. Joyce holds a Real Estate Broker's License, a Life and Disability, Property and Casualty Insurance Broker's License, and is a certified California Application Assistant for healthy families.
