How do I Sign Up for a Listing?
Sign up is very easy. Simply, click the "Sign Up" button at the top of this page and fill out the form on the next page. If you choose to pay via credit card, and the transaction is successful, your Subscription will become effective immediately. If you decide to pay via PayPal, your subscription will become effective when it is reviewed by our Billing Department. If you chose to pay by Check, your subscription will become active after your check has cleared. If your subscription is not yet active, certain sections of the members area will not function.

How do I renew my listing?
You may renew your listing by logging into the members area at https://www.notarydatabase.com/members/. Toward the bottom of the main members area page, you will see an Outstanding Invoices section, click the Outstanding Invoice and the Invoice will open up. Towards the bottom of the invoice there are 3 payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, or Check; select the method in which you would like to pay. If you chose Credit Card, a new screen will open up asking for your credit card information. If you chose PayPal, a new screen will open; use your PayPal username and password to login and complete the payment. If you choose to pay by Check, please email us at billing@notarydatabase.com to let us know that your check is on the way.

How do I update my listing?
You may update your listing information by logging into the members area at https://www.notarydatabase.com/members/. After logging in, click the "My Profile" button at the top. The next screen will have all of your information in text boxes, and you may edit them as you wish.

How do I Cancel my Subscription?
Login to the members area and click the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" link at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to a page that will confirm your cancellation and ask a few questions. Please complete that form and click submit. You will then be removed from NOTARY DATABASE.

How do I add a picture to my listing?
You may add a picture to your listing by emailing your picture to info[at]notarydatabase.com. Be sure to include your NOTARY ID#, First Name, and Last Name.

Signing Company List
We have a listing of hundreds of Signing Companies, Title Companies, and Lenders. This is offered to our members at NO EXTRA CHARGE! We have also implemented a Review System, in which notaries can rate a company and write a review!

Site Submission
To submit your individual Notary Database Page to search engines, please login to the members area at https://www.notarydatabase.com/members/. After logging in click the "Resources" button at the top; next, click the Site Submission button. When the Site Submitter opens up, enter in your URL (http://www.notarydatabase.com/details.php?id=YOUR_NOTARY_ID), select the Search Engines you would like to submit to, and click submit. Your site will be submitted in real-time, and you will receive a status report at its conclusion.

To view the articles, log in to the members area at https://www.notarydatabase.com/members/; once logged in click the "RESOURCES" button at the top; next click the Articles Link; the next page will contain a list of articles; click on the article you wish to view and it will open in the next window.
The articles revolve around marketing, promotion, and business in general.

If you are currently a NOTARY DATABASE member and have a support question, please login to the members area; after logging in click the "SUPPORT" button at the top of the page. Fill out the support form, and click the Submit button. A NOTARY DATABASE representative will respond to your support request usually within a few hours via email.
